If an RMA is submitted with incorrect or misleading information, it will cause delays in processing your RMA. If your RMA is not approved, you will be notified by email as to why it has not been approved.
This form should only be used if you purchased directly from Controlsoft. If you purchase from one of our distributors, please contact your distributor for an RMA number.
